Quality Inspection Team
Our technical team is present at every stage of the production from fabric inspection to pre-production to ensure that everything is well prepared before the fabric goes into cutting. During production our team conducts daily in-line inspections, to avoid any problems during the manufacturing process. Once production is finished we conclude our pre-packing inspection before we check the goods in our final inspection. The final inspection can be 100% inspection or it can be done at any AQL level you choose.
Commitment towards continual improvement in our products range and there by satisfying ourselves and our clients. Quality Control is just one of the areas that Polaris excels in. We are employing a team of nearly 50 experienced and highly qualified technicians who supervise the production in the factories.
A systematic in-house testing facility is equipped with standard tools and application software and manner by a team of qualified personnel. Standards compliance include AQL 2.5 for the entire finishiing process. All products are further tested according to customers specifications.

Safety Standard
One of our primary goals is to ensure the safety of the workforce working in each of our respective facilities To achieve this, we ensure that all safety measures are in place and are adhered to religiously by all members of our staff and management
Personal Protective Equipments
PPE (Personal Protective Equipments for employees working on the machines like Safety Guards (which comprises of Needle Guard, Eye Guard, Pulley Guard, Motor Guard), Masks, Metal Gloves For Cutters and Rubber Gloves for Stain Removing.
Fire Extinguishers
Fire Alarm Systems for quick evacuation and Fire Extinguishers to fight against any fire emergency Employees are given training on fire drills and also on how to operate the Extinguishers.
First Aid training
First Aid training to employees and how to handle others in case of an emergency by giving necessary medication.
Fire evacuation
Fire evacuation plans put up at each emergency exit door and on each floor for faster evacuation of the premises in case of an emergency.
